basys Inc, a provider of benefits administration software, web portals, and hosted services for health and pension plan administration, needed a faster, HIPAA-compliant way to get the right documents to the right people without creating compliance bottlenecks. To address this, basys turned to MHC Software and its MHC EngageCX platform to secure document assets and streamline template-driven document production.

MHC Software implemented branded, client-isolated templates (basys uses more than 100 and can create more) and the EngageCX “Review and Approve” controls, plus REST API integration with basys’s .NET desktop app that took just one day to implement. The result with MHC Software was reduced running costs by sharing an MHC Studio instance, increased resource efficiency, faster development times, and on-demand generation and distribution of correspondence for basys clients.
