Paradise Beverages Fiji - Customer Case Study

Paradise Beverages Fiji, the sole local producer of beers and spirits in Fiji with breweries and a distillery (and a Samoan plant), faced complex maintenance and inventory challenges across multiple sites—scheduling preventive work, tracking jobs and spare parts, and relying on manual, time‑consuming stocktakes. To tackle this, Paradise Beverages Fiji implemented MEX Maintenance Software, including the MEX Stores and Reporting modules.

MEX automated maintenance scheduling and one‑click work order creation while logging labour, parts and time, and provided stores control for spare parts stock levels and movements. As a result, Paradise Beverages Fiji built a comprehensive asset history, eliminated ad‑hoc manual parts dispatches, improved inventory accuracy, reduced stocktake effort, freed up staff time, and gained reporting capabilities to extract maintenance and stockholding data across plants—delivering measurable improvements in maintenance efficiency and inventory control.
