Case Study: City of Belmont achieves reliable maintenance forecasting and KPI consistency with MEX

A MEX Case Study

Preview of the City of Belmont Case Study

MEX has allowed an Australian local government authority to maintain its KPI’s and reliably forecast future maintenance requirements

The City of Belmont, a local government authority in Perth, needed a more flexible, user-friendly maintenance system to manage a diverse fleet and plant across multiple suburbs while maintaining KPIs and reliably forecasting future maintenance requirements. They selected MEX as their CMMS/maintenance software after evaluating several options, citing its logical design, ease of training and Australian-based support.

MEX implemented a customizable scheduled-maintenance solution that accommodates both simple and complex workflows, allowing the City of Belmont to plan vehicle movements, schedule replacements more accurately and maintain KPI targets. As a result, MEX enabled reliable forecasting of future maintenance needs and improved overall maintenance planning and efficiency for the council.
