Meneghello INDUSTRIAL GROUP, a family‑owned Western Australian provider of steel protective coatings since 1971, needed a configurable, easy‑to‑set‑up CMMS to structure assets, record all maintenance activities, set scheduled PMs and inspections, allow other departments to raise and track work requests, and produce clear maintenance reports. To meet these requirements they selected MEX and implemented the MEX CMMS.

MEX delivered a solution that lets Meneghello plan, schedule, record and report maintenance via a visible departmental/equipment tree, servicing hierarchies and the ability to log hours, km and frequencies. The system simplified data processing and setup, ensured scheduled servicing isn’t overlooked, improved planning and reporting, and produced time, resource and cost savings with an expected return on investment while increasing equipment availability and service life.
