Keller, a leading engineering company supplying ground improvement, foundations and instrumentation across infrastructure and construction projects, struggled to coordinate service schedules and record service and repair data for a large regional equipment fleet. Keller APAC’s Operations and Equipment Plant Departments needed a way to analyse equipment performance and reliability and to highlight problems early. They engaged MEX and deployed the MEX CMMS (including the MEX App and barcode-enabled stores) to address these challenges.

MEX implemented a customised CMMS solution for Keller APAC, setting up regional asset views, barcode stores, realtime Work Orders via the MEX App, custom reporting and the ability to attach photos and manuals onsite. As a result, planning and preventative maintenance were streamlined and time savings achieved through reduced office data entry, faster stock distribution and improved fleet visibility. MEX’s reporting tools also give Keller targeted performance analysis to spot and rectify problem areas earlier, and the system now forms the foundation of Keller APAC’s maintenance standards.
