Hall Contracting, Australia’s largest privately-owned dredging, civil and marine construction company, needed a reliable way to capture and monitor maintenance history across a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles and to move maintenance systems to the cloud. To address this, Hall Contracting implemented MEX’s maintenance solution, using the MEX Maintenance Software and the MEX Data Hosting service.

MEX captured comprehensive maintenance records, enabled corrective analysis and preventative maintenance scheduling, and migrated Hall from MEX Version 12 to Version 14 on the cloud. Since moving to MEX hosting (almost one month), the system is running a lot faster, is accessible anywhere, stays up to date with the latest updates, and—with prompt MEX support—allows Hall Contracting to identify issues earlier, keep equipment running longer, and limit breakdowns.
