Cranbrook School, an Anglican independent day and boarding school for boys (pre-school to Year 12) with 6 sites and up to 30 buildings — several heritage listed — struggled to collate and track maintenance across multiple campuses using email. To address this, Cranbrook adopted MEX, including the MEX Ops self-service module, to manage and centralize maintenance requests and records.

MEX was configured so staff submit requests via MEX Ops and the facilities team manages them with Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance policies, creating a clear paper trail. The MEX solution consolidated outstanding requests and work into one system, streamlined procedures, improved visibility and scheduling of regular checks/tests across sites, and delivered what Cranbrook describes as a “great return on investment.”
