Brisbane Gateway Resort, a 4.5‑star holiday park in Rochedale QLD, needed to maintain a diverse range of buildings, utilities, vehicles and in‑room appliances to meet high guest expectations and frequent repeat visitation. To manage that complexity the resort has used MEX, implementing the MEX Maintenance Software along with MEX Request and MEX Mobile to register assets, capture service requests and coordinate maintenance activity.
