Salomon, the sports brand, needed a better way to communicate with the people who actually sell its products in stores and to engage store staff more effectively. To do this, Salomon used Mevo’s app across Scandinavian and Central European markets, focusing on both broad and highly targeted in-store campaigns.
Mevo enabled Salomon to run a wide range of activations, from a large contest with around 1,500 participants in Poland to smaller campaigns in niche and high-end running stores like Løplabbet. The solution helped Salomon build product knowledge and credibility with retail staff, with campaigns such as a quiz-based running challenge involving 32 participants from 16 stores and another program for about 1,500 shop pros divided into five leagues across four European countries.
