Miele, the well-known German domestic appliance manufacturer, needed a better way to maintain continuous and direct contact with sales teams across its widespread retail presence in Norway. Working with Mevo, Miele used the platform to help engage store representatives across a nationwide chain and encourage more informed, dedicated customer interactions.

Mevo implemented a broad sales competition and brand/product quizzes tailored to Miele’s product categories, creating a more engaging communication channel for retail staff. The campaign increased store engagement and was reported as both inspiring and informative, while Miele also highlighted Mevo’s strong monitoring and faster, more accurate communication capabilities.
