A Mevo Case Study
Huawei, an increasingly popular smartphone brand known for award-winning camera tech, needed to educate telecommunication employees at one of Norway's largest electronics retailers so staff could confidently offer Huawei as an alternative to customers unfamiliar with the brand. Huawei partnered with Mevo to deliver a targeted training program using Mevo’s app-based Brand Academy and a sales contest featuring quizzes and prizes.
Mevo ran a six-week app-driven sales competition across 80 stores with 276 active users, during which participants completed 2,281 quizzes and answered over 12,000 questions. The campaign delivered strong engagement and measurable impact: 98.2% of users reported being happy with the app and contest, and 85% said they were more motivated to keep selling Huawei after the campaign—demonstrating Mevo’s ability to boost product knowledge, selling confidence, and sustained motivation.
