MetTel deployed more than 700 pre‑kitted Samsung tablets with 4G service, preloaded UC-One, AirWatch MDM and its Bruin/communication management platform, consolidating billing and lifecycle management under a single vendor. The MetTel solution eliminated manual log sheets, enabled hands‑free patient calls and routing, and centralized device management—boosting scheduling efficiency and productivity by 140% (increasing visits from five to 12 per day), improving resource allocation, and delivering scalable cost savings.
