Leading Healthcare Services Company, a diversified healthcare organization operating hospitals and outpatient centers, needed a single carrier to streamline telecommunications across 60 locations and support connectivity for 475+ new urgent care clinics. The customer faced a tight timeline to migrate 295 ISDN PRIs, 4,000 business lines, multiple PBX trunks and toll‑free services while obtaining unified billing and line‑level spend visibility; they engaged MetTel to provide consolidated telecom services (POTS aggregation, MPLS, SIP, managed services), hosted/cloud contact center solutions, and the MetTel portal.

MetTel executed the migration on plan and within budget—aggregating POTS for 70+ hospitals, migrating 4,000+ lines and PRIs, deploying MPLS/SIP and managed routers, installing broadband at urgent care clinics, and moving the contact center to the cloud while integrating LEC spend into its portal.
