Case Study: ESy-Labs advances flexible electrochemical recycling with Metrohm Autolab potentiostat

A Metrohm Case Study

ESy-Labs scales electrochemical recycling with Metrohm PGSTAT204 in a 20 V, 400 mA potentiostat

ESy-Labs, a start-up based in Germany specializing in the electrosynthesis of raw materials from waste, needed to accurately compare potential electrode materials and scale up their processes to an industrially relevant level. To meet this challenge, they relied on the PGSTAT204 potentiostat from vendor Metrohm Autolab.

The solution implemented by Metrohm provided a flexible and reliable portable potentiostat with intuitive software. This allowed ESy-Labs to gather precise measurement data and information about reactions both in their lab and pilot plant station, enabling them to effectively develop new electrodes for their electrochemical recycling processes.
