MetraTech implemented MetraNet using configuration rather than custom coding, enabling TELMORE to manage prepaid, pay-as-you-go, and bundled plans, add value-added services, and respond quickly to market changes like rollover offers. The result was more than 400 million transactions processed each month, faster time-to-market, lower-than-average churn, and a high Net Promoter Score of 58, helping TELMORE strengthen its position in the Danish telecom market.
