The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) needed a more flexible, transparent billing and fee-management system to support its global expansion, complex subsidiary structure, and regulatory reporting requirements. It also wanted to bring pricing and billing control in-house rather than relying on a vendor, while improving auditability and customer access to account and invoice information. MetraTech’s MetraNet product was selected to help meet these needs.

MetraTech implemented MetraNet with customer self-service, reporting, configurable pricing tables, and integrations across DTCC’s existing financial and customer systems. The solution went live in late 2010 and enabled DTCC to run billing independently, introduce new pricing and products in weeks instead of months, expand into new geographies more easily, and improve auditability and customer care while reducing paper invoices and manual work.
