Searching for a QuickBooks‑integrated construction CRM, Bryan trialed Method:CRM to centralize customer activities and streamline estimates, invoices and contracts.
Method:CRM delivered a customized solution—built in a free consulting session with a Business Solution Specialist—that consolidated estimate creation (using QuickBooks items), an online guest page for customer approval, real‑time invoice syncing to QuickBooks, and automated updates/notifications. The change cut contract/estimate assembly from about 45 minutes to under 15 minutes, removed duplicate data entry, and centralized the process on one CRM screen, markedly improving speed and accuracy for Allegro Design Co.
