The client was managing its extensive employee equity plans, cap tables, and share certificates using error-prone and manual MS Excel spreadsheets. They needed to centralize and automate this process to enable real-time, accurate data calculations and reporting.

To solve this, Metasite designed and implemented a bespoke on-premise application for equity plan management. The solution featured a custom transactional database with a central ledger, a .NET microservices Business Logic Layer, a headless CMS, and a React frontend application. This integrated system automated the entire process, providing over 20 management screens and 30+ dynamic reports. The result for the client was a streamlined, secure, and scalable platform that replaced manual spreadsheets, ensuring accurate, real-time data and reporting.
