Polybags, a leading UK manufacturer and online retailer of polythene and polypropylene products, faced a major delivery risk when its bespoke ERP integration to a single carrier failed after that carrier ceased operating. To maintain exceptional service, improve operational efficiency and future‑proof its carrier options, Polybags turned to Metapack, integrating its Kerridge OneOffice ERP with the MetaPack Manager platform.

Metapack implemented a single integration (via a Kerridge module) to MetaPack Manager, instantly opening Polybags to a global library of 300+ carriers and 3,500 services and enabling labels and consignments to be generated directly from the ERP in near‑real time. The MetaPack solution de‑risked delivery, removed the need for costly bespoke carrier integrations (saving thousands of pounds), sped up labelling, reduced inaccuracies, and allowed Polybags to continue dispatching at scale (over 80 tonnes/week, ~500 parcels/day) while expanding carrier options.
