Figleaves, a UK luxury lingerie and clothing retailer with about 1.2 million monthly visitors, needed to expand delivery options and improve tracking without the cost and delay of integrating multiple new carriers into its in‑house warehouse management system. To solve this, Figleaves partnered with Metapack and deployed MetaPack Manager using a “Black Box” integration to centralize delivery services and minimize administrative burden.

Metapack implemented its home delivery platform and integrated ByBox locker services, connecting the Figleaves front end to Metapack via API so consignments and labels are created automatically and real‑time delivery options are shown at checkout. The Metapack solution gave Figleaves access to all major UK carriers without further integrations, produced a dramatic uptake of the locker service, improved customer tracking and experience, and increased despatch-team efficiency.
