CB Fashion Meets Clients’ Demands For Excellence With Metapack’s Solutions

CB Fashion, a Netherlands‑based logistics service provider for fashion brands operating over 80,000 sqm and 1,000 employees, needed to alleviate IT workload and meet increasingly demanding B2C delivery expectations. Rather than building multicarrier and tracking capabilities in‑house, CB Fashion selected Metapack and its MetaPack Manager and Track and Trace solutions to provide flexible carrier integrations and dynamic delivery options.

Metapack implemented MetaPack Manager, Track and Trace and related plug‑ins (Options and Returns), enabling direct label generation from the platform (around 1 million labels annually), faster onboarding of new carriers, and a customer-facing track‑and‑trace portal. As a result, Metapack helped CB Fashion expand its service offering, improve delivery flexibility and operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes such as simplified carrier integration and one million labels produced via the new system.
