St. Joseph Regional Health Center, the 310‑bed Level II Trauma Center in Bryan, Texas, was struggling with exploding Exchange data (PSTs exceeding 4 TB), an urgent Exchange upgrade, manual tape backups, and mounting HIPAA and litigation-driven eDiscovery/compliance requirements.
