Metalogix Software’s Archive Manager (deployed with partner Microcomputing) migrated PSTs into a searchable, behind-the-scenes archive accessible via Outlook/OWA, using HSM-driven lifecycle management. The result: the Exchange server is no longer overworked, mailbox quota expansion was avoided, search and user productivity improved, employees now archive electronically, and Culobel saved thousands in Microsoft licensing and hardware costs while continuing to run Exchange 2003 across more than 20,000 mailboxes.
