Whole 9 Yards, a Singapore-based boutique fashion brand, wanted to create an engaging way to launch its AW14 collection and give guests a memorable pre-runway experience. It partnered with Metail to introduce a virtual fitting room that would let visitors digitally try on selected garments from the new collection.
Metail delivered an interactive virtual try-on experience at the launch event, allowing guests and press to engage with the full collection before the runway show. The activation generated a 79% adoption rate, kept visitors engaged for more than 12 minutes on average, reached audiences beyond Singapore, and provided Whole 9 Yards with insight into the most popular items for future pre-sell opportunities.
