Successful changeover from traditional messaging management systems to Microsoft 365 in the shipping sector

Large Communication Shipping Company faced the challenge of modernizing communication across a sector that had long relied on telex, fax, and older message management systems. As email use became standard, its traditional ship-to-shore messaging setup was no longer flexible enough for personalized, team-based communication, especially in a large shipping organization.
