Maxol Group faced the challenge of raising cybersecurity awareness across three main business sites and employees who work on the road, while also needing to demonstrate controls for ISO27001 compliance. To address this, they engaged MetaCompliance and adopted the MyCompliance product suite (using the MetaCompliance bundle package and MetaPhish content) to deliver consistent, targeted training across the organisation.

MetaCompliance implemented a portal-based solution that let Maxol create user accounts, group employees by department, publish training (including phishing and password modules), send registration emails, track registrations and completions, and issue certificates. As a result, Maxol reports a major increase in security awareness, easier evidence gathering for auditors working toward ISO27001, and simple collation of training completion data—outcomes they attribute directly to MetaCompliance.
