Intergraph® Process, Power & Marine (Intergraph) — the world’s leading provider of enterprise engineering software for plants, ships and offshore facilities — faced the challenge of engaging a diverse SmartPlant Cloud user base (internal staff, customers and contractors) in regular compliance activities, policy acknowledgements and cybersecurity best practices. Intergraph selected MetaCompliance and its Cloud Product Suite (including MyCompliance and MetaLearning) to support a scalable user education and GRC management strategy and to run regular customer satisfaction surveys.

MetaCompliance implemented its Cloud Product Suite integrated into SmartPlant Cloud via SharePoint with single sign-on (ADFS), delivering a cloud portal for policy access and self-attestation (with audit trails), centralized eLearning, and targeted, scheduled customer surveys. The solution enabled Intergraph to enforce security and governance practices, provide on-demand training and allow customers to post content, deliver continuous satisfaction measurement against SLAs, avoid additional development costs, and ultimately outperformed the original objectives — leaving Intergraph extremely satisfied with MetaCompliance.
