Lime Technologies, a CRM supplier based in Lund, Sweden, needed a simpler way for teams to explore the large amount of data in its Lime CRM platform. Their existing BI setup was too complex and required engineers to build dashboards, making insights hard to access for non-technical users.

Metabase provided the solution by replacing the complicated BI tool with an easy-to-use, white-labeled analytics experience that Lime Technologies could use internally and embed for customers as “Lime BI.” With Metabase, access to data expanded from just a few technical users to about 50 managers across departments, and Lime was able to offer customers self-service dashboards and questions, helping drive upsells and new sales.
