KLog, a logistics and transportation company based in Santiago, Chile, needed a better way to manage internal reporting and embed client-facing analytics. Before Metabase, they used Power BI, but embedding was too limited, the data management was slow, and collaboration on queries was difficult.

Metabase gave KLog one tool for both internal dashboards and embedded reporting for clients. With Metabase’s query editor, models, and embedding capabilities, KLog’s teams could create and update reports themselves, improve access to consistent metrics, and deliver fast, interactive shipment dashboards to more than 4,500 clients. The result was quicker iteration without relying on developers, better decision-making, and a more scalable self-service analytics setup.
