Faros AI, an engineering operations platform for software teams, needed an embedded BI solution that could serve as the main channel for customer value while supporting multi-tenancy securely. Metabase provided the solution with a self-hosted, white-labeled embedded analytics setup using JWT SSO and tenant/user attributes for access control. With Metabase, Faros AI quickly built a working multi-tenant prototype, enabled customers to explore data and build dashboards without SQL, and saved significant engineering time by focusing internal resources on core product development instead of BI infrastructure.
