Axalto, a global digital-security company that had just become independent, needed a new international HRIS to replace the legacy system it had used within Schlumberger. The company required an English-language, web-accessible solution that could support a global structure, be simple for employees and managers, and migrate five years of historic personnel data. After a formal selection process Axalto chose Meta4 and its Meta4 PeopleNet HRIS.

Meta4 implemented Meta4 PeopleNet on a fixed-price basis, working with ten internal Axalto teams to tailor functionality and deploy the system across 35 countries. The solution went live in six months, provided decentralized web access so employees and managers could complete annual evaluations and update personnel records, and centralized HR processes in a common language. As a result — and thanks to Meta4’s intuitive portal and end-to-end delivery — Axalto saw rapid international adoption, a significant increase in HRIS users, and streamlined global HR administration.
