To meet that need they integrated SMS capability into Optomate using Sinch MessageMedia’s business SMS service and API, including two-way messaging.
By embedding Sinch MessageMedia’s two-way SMS and API-driven features (now in Optomate Touch), Monkey Software enabled appointment reminders, pick-up notifications, bulk patient recalls and order-collection alerts directly from the practice system. The outcome was instant attendance confirmations, fewer latecomers and no-shows, lower phone bills, faster workflows and strong customer satisfaction—delivering measurable time and cost savings and improved efficiency for Optomate users.
