The Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) faced a challenge in administering its decentralized California Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project (CALeVIP). Each regional program had its own unique Salesforce org, but applicants required a single Drupal dashboard to manage all projects. Message Agency was tasked with creating a maintainable and scalable integration between one Drupal site and multiple Salesforce instances.

Message Agency architected a solution using its Salesforce Suite and a custom application platform, enabling rapid deployment of new regional incentive programs. This approach cut the time and cost for CSE to release a new program's web-based platform by two-thirds on average, while also paving the way for future self-service features for site administrators.
