The customer, Mubea Fahrwerksfedern GmbH, an automotive industry supplier and innovative lightweight specialist, faced the challenge of verifying that a calibration tool assembly for a sensor, including its screws, could withstand operational loads and was sufficiently stiff. Meshparts provided its solution, which included bolt modeling and calculation, an FEM analysis, and screw strength verification.
