Sky Mexico Uses Nastel AutoPilot for Realtime Proactive Monitoring

SKY Mexico was struggling with real-time monitoring across its DTH services and customer-facing systems (ERP, CRM, billing, IVR), which led to online order fallouts, increased help-desk load, and poor customer experience.
