Meshh helps The Experiential Group and Wimbledon understand engagement at their annual Brooklyn pop-up event – The Hill NYC

The Hill NYC, a venue for watching the Wimbledon Finals, partnered with spatial analytics provider Meshh to analyze fan behavior and optimize its annual pop-up event. Their challenge was to improve year-over-year operations and the consumer experience by gaining insights into visitor arrival patterns, queue times, engagement with sponsors, and differences between general admission and VIP guests.

To address this, Meshh deployed its sensors at four key touchpoints across the event site, including entry and exit points. This solution provided data on dwell times, traffic patterns, and sponsor engagement. The results were significant: Meshh helped The Hill NYC achieve a 55-minute increase in average on-site dwell time and provided engagement metrics across 19,000 tracked devices to validate the event's success for sponsors.
