The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) needed a flexible technology environment for its new Conference and Events Center in Arlington, Virginia, supporting events for up to 400 guests with guest Wi-Fi, multiple wireless AV inputs, and remote participation. To meet those needs, AUSA worked with Mersive and integrator MCW to add wireless presentation and collaboration capabilities throughout the facility.

Mersive’s Solstice Pods and Solstice Dashboard were implemented across meeting rooms, reception areas, and presentation halls, enabling users to share content from laptops, smartphones, and tablets on large displays, while keeping staff and guest networks securely separated. The solution was deployed quickly and helped AUSA deliver seamless hybrid presentations, including one to more than 200 in-person attendees and over 500 remote participants, while also giving IT centralized monitoring and management of the entire system.
