Merrill deployed Merrill Connect Dynamic Publishing, combining CMS model language with web-based plan data management to generate real-time, plan-specific ANOC and EOC documents. The solution delivered earlier proofs, halved review cycles (from six to three), enabled a full month earlier review start, and produced over $1 million in cost savings—while improving accuracy, version control and confidence in compliance.
