A global, 90-year-old consulting firm with more than 19,000 employees on six continents and $4 billion in annual revenue needed to roll out a new multi-colored logo and corporate identity across the world. The first phase required updated business cards, stationery, and marketing collateral delivered to offices worldwide within a very tight timeline, and Merrill was selected to manage the printing and execution.

Merrill staffed a cross-functional team with the client’s marketing, purchasing, operations, and design partners, providing design review to optimize quality and cost, a realistic budget and timeline, and a secure system interface to streamline employee data collection for business cards.
