Merlin supports Department of Defense with day-to-day network operations

The Department of Defense (DoD) needed a modern, flexible, and scalable enterprise IT services framework to support continuous global operations across data, voice, and video networks. To meet these demands, DoD selected Merlin International to provide enterprise network services, including provisioning, operations, administration, troubleshooting, and support for highly integrated, mission-critical communications systems.

Merlin International implemented full lifecycle network support, including 24x7 enterprise operations, architecture and performance advisory services, lifecycle validation, integration and testing, and information assurance/cybersecurity support. The result was secure, reliable support for the DoD’s unclassified, SECRET, and TS/SCI networks, with 13 Merlin senior network engineers helping sustain 24x365 operations for more than 74,000 users worldwide.
