Metro Rail Corporation, a state metro rail organization formed in 2010, needed to recruit staff quickly for 400 vacancies across 10 posts but lacked the bandwidth, multi-city reach and internal capability to run large-scale, time-bound recruitment testing. To manage application processing, test delivery, bilingual content and merit-based selection under government norms, Metro Rail Corporation engaged MeritTrac for end-to-end recruitment test management services.

MeritTrac designed and executed the full solution—online application and payment processing, admit-card distribution, venue booking, bilingual question-paper development (1,040 questions, four randomized sets per post), pen-and-paper test administration, result processing and interview coordination. MeritTrac scheduled 119,746 candidates, ran tests across 10 districts and 306 centers over two days in three batches, and delivered timely, fair merit lists and interview support—enabling the recruitment process for the 400 vacancies within the required timelines.
