Leveraging MeritTrac to Manage Talent Development

Global Learning Solutions Provider, a Bengaluru‑based leader in edutech and corporate learning programs, needed to rapidly build a leadership talent pool from its existing workforce. The firm faced a tight timeline to identify employees with managerial potential, required fair and unbiased assessment of cognitive and managerial skills, and wanted a continuous, self‑driven, experiential program with global exposure and stronger intrapreneurship.
