The Aerospace and Defence Corporation, a Government of India-owned aerospace and defence company, needed to administer promotion exams for 1,965 officers across 388 disciplines at 16 test venues, including overseas candidates. Facing 1,64,757 questions to validate, tight timelines, high-security site constraints (including network jammers), last‑minute venue changes and the need for unique IDs and on‑the‑fly question generation, the customer engaged MeritTrac to deliver a secure, scalable promotion testing solution.

MeritTrac collaborated with the customer to QA and load categorized question banks, generate unique candidate IDs, build separate instances of the testing application, create video instructions, enable on‑the‑fly question generation, and run an open-batch exam across 3 days with 5 batches per day plus proctored centralized assessment for overseas staff. MeritTrac successfully delivered fair, unbiased exams for all 1,965 officers across 388 disciplines within the required 3‑day window, provided immediate results on completion, and ensured smooth administration across client and overseas locations.
