Why Fetcher migrated all of their in-house ATS integrations to Merge

Fetcher, a full-service candidate sourcing and recruiting automation platform, needed a faster way to build and maintain integrations with customers’ applicant tracking systems. As demand grew beyond core systems like Greenhouse, Lever, and SmartRecruiters, the team found that scaling ATS integrations in-house was becoming too resource-intensive and risking growth.

Merge’s ATS Unified API and Merge Link let Fetcher launch more than 20 ATS integrations in just a few weeks, including Jobvite, iCIMS, Recruitee, and Recruiterflow. Merge also enabled bidirectional candidate sync, helping Fetcher improve its machine learning model and avoid duplicate records. The result was a 7x improvement in time to launch ATS integrations, and Fetcher ultimately migrated all five of its in-house ATS integrations to Merge.
