Verso Corporation, a producer of graphic and specialty papers, packaging and pulp with more than 5,000 customers and seven U.S. mills in remote locations, was forced to reconsider its hosted TMS after a required upgrade from its provider. The outbound logistics team needed a more stable, easy-to-implement and easy-to-use system to avoid customer interruptions and meet tight delivery windows.
