BlueGrace Logistics was founded by Bobby Harris in January 2009 during the economic downturn, launching with 18 employees in a small Florida office. Entering a crowded 3PL market, the company needed a technology-based differentiator to scale and reduce shipping costs for customers.
Partnering with MercuryGate, BlueGrace built a custom TMS called BlueShip that leverages MercuryGate’s powerful rating engine to deliver faster, more accurate rates and a distinctive customer experience. That tech-first strategy helped revenue grow from $8M in 2009 to over $300M by 2018; today BlueGrace handles nearly 3,000 loads per day for 10,000+ customers and is a top U.S. 3PL with 600+ employees across multiple locations.
