Mercury Intermedia developed a comprehensive mobile app featuring bill pay, detailed usage charts, and outage maps. The solution included a modular dashboard that personalizes information for users and added new features like PrePay support. The result is a top-tier utility app that provides real-time smart grid updates and outage information, which has been positively received by EPB's customers for its functionality and innovative approach to power management.
