MTR Nordic, the public transport company responsible for the Stockholm underground and commuter trains, needed better control and efficiency in performance management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across safety, environment, customer service, HR, and finance. The result was better cost control, easier permissions management, more advanced analysis, and significant time savings, while supporting around 250 users and improving planning and decision-making across the organization.
