Mercur implemented Mercur Business Control 7 with processes for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, group consolidation, and project monitoring, integrated with Agresso, Aaro, and BasWare. The solution gave HSB ProjektPartner safer figures, faster reporting, and more time for analysis, while improving project follow-up at individual, regional, and group levels. HSB also highlighted the web-based interface as making reporting easier for project managers and external users, and the company plans to expand the solution further with improved project monitoring and liquidity planning.
