Nike partnered with Mercaux to improve the in-store shopping experience and help sales associates work more efficiently. The retail challenge was to deliver better customer service, increase sales conversion, and streamline communication with head office, using a mobile retail platform for store staff and a web portal for HQ.
Mercaux implemented a modular in-store digital transformation platform for Nike, including sales assist, inventory and product information, product styling, store operations, analytics, clienteling, and customer profiles. The rollout delivered a 15% in-store conversion uplift, supported 600+ events per store per day, and enabled 300+ looks created by sales people, while helping associates quickly find products, suggest complete outfits, and recommend matching items.
